The company’s history dates back to 1968 when Ernesto Allaria Ledesma - its founder - started carrying out stock market activities. Allaria was operating as a sole proprietorship between 1988 and 1995. During that period of growth, the company invested in technology, human resources and added the Portfolio Management and Research Divisions. The broker dealer was finally constituted as a corporation in 1995.
