SCANNER ARTEC RAY II
The Artec Ray II solves the problem of lack of accurate, safe, and rapid information on complex assets in the mining and energy sectors.
In these sectors, surveys are often manual, risky, and outdated, leading to errors in maintenance, planning, and operational control.
This scanner captures large environments (plants, mines, refineries) with high precision and without contact, generating realistic 3D models (point clouds). This allows for:

SCANNER ARTEC LEO
The Artec Leo is a portable, wireless 3D scanner designed to capture complex geometries directly in the field, making it a key tool for the mining industry.
In mining, where environments are dynamic, difficult to access, and often hazardous, the Artec Leo allows for the quick and safe digitization of equipment, components, and operational areas, without the need for cables or a computer. Its real-time processing and integrated screen allow users to visualize the 3D model while scanning, ensuring complete on-site capture.
Thanks to its accuracy (down to 0.1 mm) and high-speed scanning, it is ideal for wear inspection on machinery, reverse engineering of parts, dimensional control, and predictive maintenance.
GEOMAGIC
Geomagic Design X transforms scanned data into parametric CAD models ready for design and manufacturing. Geomagic Control X then allows for the inspection of these parts by comparing them to the original model, validating tolerances, and ensuring quality. Finally, Geomagic for SOLIDWORKS integrates this entire process within SOLIDWORKS, facilitating a seamless workflow without leaving the CAD environment.
