Grupo Simpa is a company with Argentine capital that carries out production and commercial activities in Argentina and the region for its three divisions: wheeled vehicles, plastics, and tools. It currently has approximately 250 employees distributed across its locations in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico. Grupo Simpa stands out as a leader in each of its business units, positioning itself as one of the most relevant and recognized companies nationally and regionally in its respective segments.
The Group has 3 locations in Argentina: its sales offices located in the Lumina Thames complex in San Isidro, a distribution and production center for plastic components in the Garín Industrial Park, and production plans Pilar Industrial Parks, respectively. Grupo Simpa's subsidiary in Brazil operates in the city of Curitiba, while Moto Continental, the regional subsidiary of the wheeled vehicle division, has its offices in Mexico City.
TOOLS DIVISION
Since 1991, the Tools Division has been dedicated to the production, sale, and distribution of tools under its own brands: Gamma Máquinas and UMI, as well as through distribution agreements with international brands: Comet and B+D.
Currently, Gamma is a leader in numerous tool segments in Argentina, directly serving more than 1,300 industrial hardware stores, as well as major players in the sector, including supermarkets, home improvement centers, and appliance retailers. Gamma has an extensive sales network and more than 140 official technical service centers throughout the country, constituting a truly national service network. In addition to its operations in Argentina, Gamma has a direct presence in Brazil and also markets its products in Uruguay, Paraguay, and Chile.
Since the end of 2021, Gamma Máquinas has been producing some tool segments at the new Pilar Plant of the Simpa Group. These include various models of welding machines, vacuum cleaners, and generator sets, with a view to continuing to expand the portfolio of domestically manufactured products in the future.
