ANTI-SPILL CONTAINMENT BARRIERS AND TRAYS
Containment tray made of PVC canvas with semi-rigid high-density polyester edges, portable and quick to assemble; designed for containing hydrocarbon spills. Its main function is to prevent these substances from causing soil contamination, thus avoiding serious environmental damage.
They are designed to retain all types of fluids from overfilling or leaking from industrial machines, mechanical equipment, industrial vehicles, etc. Ideal for use in maintenance of all types of machinery in the field, in mining, oil, airport, agricultural industries, among others.

ONION TANK
SELF-SUPPORTING TANK FOR TEMPORARY WATER AND
OTHER FLUIDS STORAGE.
These are circular open-top tanks that take shape as they fill, without rigid structures. Their flexibility and low weight when empty make them easy to transport and install in remote and uneven locations.
Ideal for water emergencies, firefighting, forestry services and water containment for irrigation and specific operations.

Made of high-strength polyester canvas coated with PVC, with a floating neck made of embedded polyethylene foam and inlet/outlet valves.

Canvas covers for transport
ROLL-UP SYSTEM:
Ideal for grain transport, the canvas rolls over the chassis structure, coupled with the trailer. It has the advantage of preventing workplace accidents by eliminating the need to climb up and down to place and remove the canvas.
Opening and closing are carried out from below the truck.
SIDERS SYSTEM:
Sliding curtain for sides of semi-siders. PVC canvas (820) plain or printed varnished with a density of 820 grams per square meter.
The highest quality raw materials with 12x12 fabric. Welds with precision equipment enhance durability and prevent tearing caused by wind and harsh weather conditions.
Optional: Printed varnished.
Conventional system with ropes:
Canvas for chassis, trailers, semi-trailers and dump trucks.
Seams are FULLY WELDED, (NOT SEWN), ensuring great resistance. The eyelets are reinforced with high-tenacity tape, guaranteeing durability and preventing tearing.
They are made with high-tenacity polyester fabric, coated with PVC, with a density of 650 grams per square meter and a 8x7 weave with UV treatment.
We make custom-sized and color canvas, always using the latest technology.
The canvas can be printed upon client’s request. Permanent color stock is available to suit your business image.
REMOVABLE AUSTRALIAN TANK
A WATERPROOF OPTION FOR LIQUID STORAGE.
The Rappachiani Portable Tank is the safest and most efficient solution to contain any type of fluid with a density equal to or less than 1000 kg/m3, such as brine, process water, effluents, and also for water emergencies or as part of a fire-fighting network and for various uses in the other industries.
Its metal and modular structure, covered inside with a PVC canvas with tear-resistant fabric, makes it a solution that guarantees its impermeability.

BAG TANK
A VERSATILE, REUSABLE AND EFFICIENT SOLUTION FOR
THE STORAGE OF LIQUID.
Our Bag Tank is an ideal option for temporary or permanent fluid storage due to its features.
Additionally, its construction in canvas made of PVC with tear-resistant fabric makes it an impermeable reservoir. It is a flexible container suitable for storing water, brine and effluents, among other fluids.
The standard configuration of the bag tank includes 1 inlet valve, 1 outlet valve and 1 air outlet on the top. The location and number of connections can be customized according to client’s needs.
Its standard capacities range from 10 to 500 m3, although they can be manufactured with custom dimensions.
Optional:
PVC canvas protective floor to prevent damage.
